Drawing from extensive training in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques, treatment is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. With a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, she is passionate about supporting adults, older adults, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. She is also deeply committed to creating a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and survivors of domestic violence, honoring each client’s story with compassion and care.
Before transitioning to the field of therapy, they spent over a decade in the entertainment industry, gaining a deep understanding of creativity, adaptability, and the pressures of high-performance environments. This unique background informs their ability to connect with individuals facing stress, uncertainty, and identity exploration. Combining insight, compassion, mindfulness practices, and evidence-based techniques, they are passionate about helping clients build meaningful connections and embrace their full potential.
