Back to Therapists

Marina is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She supports those adjusting to new environments, including immigrants, and those exploring questions of identity, belonging, and purpose.

Having navigated her own immigration journey, Marina knows firsthand the balance of loss, resilience, and growth that comes with beginning again in a new place. This experience informs her empathetic and culturally attuned approach, and she also provides therapy in Russian.

Marina’s therapeutic work blends psychodynamic, Gestalt, and mindfulness-based practices (MBCT). Through reflection, imagery, and mindful attention to the present moment, she guides clients in uncovering patterns, connecting with their emotions, and discovering new ways to relate to themselves and the world.

She believes that meaningful change grows from small, steady moments of awareness and connection. Marina strives to create a space where the people she works with feel supported as they explore their own rhythm of healing. In this space, they can rediscover their strengths, make sense of what feels stuck or heavy, and reconnect with what feels meaningful, alive, and true within themselves.
