Therapists
Nabiha is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping adults, teens, and couples feel genuinely understood - not for what they produce or provide, but for who they actually are. With a relational and insight-driven approach, she believes in meeting clients where they are and working at the level of patterns, not just symptoms. Whether supporting clients through anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship strain, or life transitions, she offers a space where the performance stops and something more honest gets to emerge.
Drawing from humanistic, Gestalt, and narrative frameworks, Nabiha tailors her approach to each client's unique needs and lived experience. With a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, she is passionate about working with clients navigating the gap between the life they've built and how they actually feel inside it.
Nabiha is also deeply committed to serving the Spanish-speaking community. Fluent in Spanish, she has worked extensively with Latino clients navigating trauma, immigration, gender roles, and the complex emotional terrain of building a life in a new country. She approaches this work with deep respect for the resilience it takes to begin again - and for the stories that often go unspoken along the way. As a first-generation Pakistani-American, she has a personal understanding of the bicultural experience - the weight of family expectation, the tension between cultural identity and individual selfhood, and what it means to carry all of that largely unspoken.
Before transitioning to therapy, Nabiha spent years in investment banking, and later in growth consulting and entrepreneurship in Los Angeles. This background gives her firsthand understanding of high-performance culture, chronic stress, and the emotional cost of always being "on" - and informs her ability to connect quickly with clients who are used to pushing through rather than slowing down.
