Regina is a dedicated and accomplished Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She brings with her an extensive background in counseling, behavioral modification and proven tools for navigating the uncertainty of life transitions.

She holds a Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. And is fluent in both Russian and Hebrew languages.

Regina works with a variety of populations including, adults, couples, chronically mentally ill, and families. She provides individual, couples, parenting and family therapy.

Regina focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy focusing on awareness, understanding how choices shape our everyday life and mindfulness.

Regina began her counseling career experience over 20 years ago her work as parent educator and an independent living skills instructor for clients that were developmentally disabled. Continued to work at various mental health clinics providing individual, family, group therapy and case management working with a multidisciplinary team.

Regina has extensive experience with issues including parenting, mindset, anxiety, mood disorders, life changes, self-esteem, self care, relationship issues, trauma, life skills, nutrition goals and education.

Regina firmly believes that "Change starts with you" being self aware is the first step toward your successful self.

Regina works and motivates clients to seek personal growth, empowerment, clarity, confidence, self-care and renewed self awareness, always in the best interest of the client.
