Therapists
Saba Pasha is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). She holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from UCLA and Pepperdine University, and she has over three years of professional experience in psychiatric and behavioral health settings.
Saba works with individuals, couples, children, and families seeking support with a range of concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and identity-related issues.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Humanistic and Existential therapy, emphasizing self-awareness, personal meaning, and the inherent human capacity for growth and change. Saba views therapy as a collaborative process that supports clients in exploring their inner experiences, understanding emotional patterns, and navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and intention.
Saba integrates mindfulness-based practices, self-empowerment strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and problem-solving interventions. Her work focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths, develop psychological flexibility, and identify what is within their capacity to change.
Saba believes therapy is not only about symptom relief, but also about fostering resilience, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful, lasting change.
